          Touching Tradition

Owner Nozue believes that a proper appreciation for soy sauce comes from knowing how it's made. That's why he opens up
This isn't just a simple sample—you'll step into a real, working
factory steeped in history and tradition.
After learning about the brewing process, you'll finish with a soy sauce tasting
as the final step, and receive your own original soy sauce to take home
              as a souvenir.

And as a souvenir gift, you'll also receive a traditional Japanese
tenugui (wrapping) found in food stores as a memorable souvenir,
              along with
              the soy sauce you made.
