Soy Sauce Making & Sushi Dining Experience
Meijiya Soy Sauce is a historic soy sauce brewery in Hamamatsu, established in 1875. The traditional techniques have been passed down for generations. The wooden factory, in use since the Meiji era, is a must-see in itself.
Notes:
- To protect the essential koji mold, please do not eat natto on the morning of your visit.
- Reservations are mandatory. You will not be able to participate in the tour or experience without a prior booking.
