Booking Request

• 10% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel a confirmed reservation.
• 20% if you cancel from 8 to 7 days prior to pickup date.
• 30% if you cancel from 6 to 2 days prior to pickup date.
• 80% if you cancel 1 day prior to pickup date.
• 100% if you cancel on the pickup date or No show.

If the vehicle requires repair or cleaning due to a traffic accident, theft, breakdown, defacement, or other causes not attributable to Japan C.R.C., the customer will be charged a NOC as a part of the compensation for loss of sales opportunities during the repair or cleaning of the vehicle.

• Can be driven back to the rental location: 150,000 JPY
• Cannot be driven back to the rental location: 200,000 JPY

※It is exempted if you subscribe to Premium Compensation.

※Regardless of booking status of the vehicle, it will be charged since Japan C.R.C. loses sales opportunities.

If your International Driving Permit (IDP)※ cannot be verified by the rental date, you will not be allowed to drive in Japan, and your reservation will be treated as a same-day cancellation.

※ An International Driving Permit issued in accordance with the 1949 Geneva Convention by a country that is a signatory to the convention.

Drivers with licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, Monaco, or Estonia must present both their original driver's license and a Japanese translation.
